I
didn't do much today. I didn't exercise as much as yesterday. Today I only did
aerobics for 1 hour in the morning, and I tried using the mini stepper I
bought. It turns out it's so tiring to use, even though I only tried it for
about 15 minutes. The sweat was pouring down.
It
seems like because I suddenly increased the amount of exercise yesterday, my
muscles were shocked. Some parts of my arms and legs are a little sore. Even
today, I lifted a gallon of water from the store to the house, I had to rest
for a moment in the middle of the road. Usually, I can lift it without any
problems. The distance from the store to the house is about maybe 50 meters.
There
was a funny incident today. I was tired and very sleepy, but I was also hungry.
So I ordered food online through an app, which was estimated to arrive in about
30-45 minutes. After I ordered, I fell asleep. Luckily, I woke up and realized
that I was ordering food. When I checked the app, the driver was on his way to
my house and only 1 minute away. I quickly got up so the driver wouldn't wait
long.
This
incident has actually happened before. The difference is, back then, I really
fell asleep until the driver had to call me. Usually, if there's a call from an
unknown number, I won't pick it up. It's just that, at that time,
half-consciously, I answered the phone. Which then made me realize that I was
ordering food.
Hopefully,
this incident doesn't happen again. Don't imitate it, Love.
It
seems like there's nothing else interesting today. The good thing is, my mental
state is fine today. How was your day?
