Day 8 Till I Die

 

Hello Love, How was your day?

My day was pretty tiring. As you know, I started exercising again yesterday. Today I tried to get back to my routine. In the morning, I did aerobics for 1 hour and a static bike for 1 hour. In the afternoon, I did a static bike for 30 minutes, Calisthenics for 15 minutes, and aerobics for 1 hour. So in total, I exercised for about 3 hours and 45 minutes. Hopefully, I can be consistent and reach my target.

Love, the package I've been waiting for finally arrived. The mini stepper I ordered online. So if I can't use my bike, I can use the stepper. So I don't stop exercising.

I watched a Chinese movie today called YOLO. This movie is very famous because the main character can lose weight for the needs of the film in just less than a year. She even competed in boxing.

You know what's even more amazing, when I did some research, the main character who is 32 years old in the story is actually in her 40s. This gives me motivation that nothing is impossible in this world. Because she can achieve her dream with strong determination. I can too, right, Love?

At least, I did something to make the best version of myself today. Even though I might not have done much, but it's okay. I hope you feel the same wherever you are, Love.
