Day 23 Till I Die

 

Hello Love,

What did I do today? Let's try to remember.

I did a live stream around 3 am.  I read some pages from a book for about an hour. It's actually pretty tiring to talk nonstop for an hour, but it was so interesting.  A lot of people stopped by my stream, even if it was just for a second each.

In the book I'm reading, I found some fascinating information about how lobsters fight for territory and how the fight affects the loser. The loser loses part of its brain and becomes less confident.  So, I think that's why when we feel lost in life, we sometimes lose ourselves, too.  It makes sense.

Today, I wanted to try a switch-on diet, where I just drink protein shakes for the rest of the day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  I actually managed to do it successfully and didn't feel hungry. But, I don't know, I'm craving fried rice tonight.  Haha.

As usual on a workday, I watched some movies and wrote an article.  Next month, I want to try to write reviews five days a week, so maybe I can make more money from it.  I hope so!

Today, I found information about a traditional dance class. I plan to join it next month. The class starts in mid-May.  I hope it will help me recover from my mental health struggles.

I also started editing a video I've had saved in my gallery for a long time.  I lost interest in editing it and making content from it, but today, I started editing it again and added a voiceover.

I exercised for an hour today by cycling while watching some YouTube videos.  I think I may not do much or anything "worthy" compared to other people.  But it's good, right?  I mean, I did something meaningful for my life today.
