are you today?
Nothing
super special happened today. This morning, I cooked some leftover nasi goreng
with eggs and cakalang fish. It was a
bit spicy for breakfast, but it was okay.
Today
felt like a rest day for me. I just played some games and watched movies. Actually, I can't even remember why I opened
my laptop this morning. I ended up
playing games after that. I think I had
something to do, but I forgot.
Lately,
I don't know why, but my appetite has increased. I've been wanting to eat so much food. I know
it's going to ruin my diet, and it is. But I just feel like I can't control
it. Could it be stress?
Usually,
when my mental health isn't good, I either overeat or don't eat at all. I can be manic, like over-exercising, or the
laziest person in the world, never leaving my bed. I know it's bad for me. I just can't control it.
Oh,
just now, I got a cake from my neighbor. Her kid is having a birthday. The cake is so delicious. Thanks, neighbor!
